2. Complete questions for short story, "Searching for Summer" on pg. 39: 1-9 + Comprehension Check. Discussed in class how to respond appropriately and how to incorporate textual evidence into response.
Example:
Mr. Noakes is impatient, selfish, cruel, and greedy. A big, red-faced man, he has "...wet, full lips, bulging pale-gray bloodshot eyes, and a crop of stiff greasy black hair" (34).
